ちょっとスレ違 いかもしれんが…。

内科での出来事。

待合室の長椅子の端に私、真ん中にお爺さんが座っていた。
暫くしたら、診察 室の中からお婆さんが出てきて、私の前を横切り
お爺さんの横に座った。

私はその行為を不快には思っていなかったのだが、
そ れを見ていたお爺さんがお婆さんを諭すように
「お前ね、人の前を横切るもんじゃないよ。
こんなに空いているんだ、なにも人様の前を通るこ とはないだろう？
あの子(多分私の事)は自分より若いだとか、長く生きている者を労るべきだとか、
そんなのは馬鹿の言うことだ。図々しい 思い上がりだ。
長く生きている者なら、若い者に何かを教える、育てる立場の者なら
まずは自分の行動で示すべきだろう？それが先じゃないの か？
言葉だけは立派な事を言って行動が伴わない人間が多すぎる。
みっともないとは思わないか？」
と語りだした。
前を横 切っただけでここまで言われてしまうお婆さんが可哀想な気もするけど
この台詞をまるっと聞かせたい人間が多すぎる。
